Job Title: Cash and Carry Customer Service Representative   

Department: Foodservice Sales

Reports To: Foodservice Sales Manager

Overview

Progressive Distributors Ltd. is seeking a highly motivated Cash and Carry Customer Service Representative.  The candidate will ensure that all customers are greeted warmly, orders are processed and invoiced correctly and efficiently, and will be able to process the end of day cash balance correctly. This is a Monday through Saturday job; however, it is not a normal 8-5 position. Weekly schedule will be provided.  Must be willing to process and learn Company systems taught by Manager; must be punctual, honest, reliable and hardworking.  Strong work ethic and a positive attitude will be required.  Must speak, read, write, and comprehend English fluently.

Hourly rate is CI$12.00.  An attractive compensation and benefits package (including medical insurance, vacation, and pension) is being offered to the qualified candidate.  All applications received will be reviewed and only candidates meeting the mandatory requirements will be contacted for interview.  

Core Technical Competencies Required

  • Must have at least 1 year experience in customer service and cashiering.
  • Must have excellent administrative and communication skills. 
  • Must be computer literate and proficient in Word and Excel.
