It all started in the kitchen of Mom's restaurant in New Jersey, since then Chef Thais has worked her way up through the ranks from pastry chef to executive chef. Her career has led her around the globe from the US, Cayman Islands, Europe and South America.
Now living in Florida, Thais is chef and Culinary Director at Marriott (Caribbean & Latin America).
