Overview

Progressive Distributors Ltd. is seeking a highly motivated Customer Service Representative.  The candidate will be assisting the Equipment Sales and Service Operations Supervisor in administrative duties such as answering service calls, planning the team’s schedule, and various projects on hand.    This is a Monday through Saturday job; however, it is not a normal 8-5 position. Extensive overtime will be required especially during our high season November through April.  Weekly schedule will be provided.  Must be willing to process and learn Company systems taught by Manager; must be punctual, honest, reliable and hardworking.  Strong work ethic and a positive attitude will be required.  Must speak, read, write, and comprehend English fluently.  

Salary Range: CI$28,000.00-CI$ 30,000.00 per annum commensurate with experience.  An attractive compensation and benefits package (including medical insurance, vacation, and pension) is being offered to the qualified candidate.  All applications received will be reviewed and only candidates meeting the mandatory requirements will be contacted for interview.  

Core Technical Competencies Required

• Must have at least 2 year experience in customer service.
• Must have excellent administrative and communication skills. 
• Must be computer literate and proficient in Word and Excel.
