Terms and Conditions

The promotion runs from June 1-30, 2023. 

To enter, you must take a photo with any one (1) Hershey's products and then share it on the Progressive Distributors Facebook page, Hershey's Sweetest Adventure Giveaway promotion post (www.facebook.com/progressivedistributors) or post on your Instagram stories and tag @PDLCayman. The Hershey's labels of the products must be visible in the photos. 

The winner will receive two economy class round-trip airline tickets from Grand Cayman to Harrisburg, Pennsylvania, four nights' accommodation (standard room), hotel transfer to and from the park, and 2 three-day park passes to Hershey Park. 

Total value for the two round-trip airline tickets:  USD $1500

Meals and drinks are not included. 

The winner [and their guest] must have a valid passport for travel, is eligible to travel to and from the United States from the Cayman Islands, and is solely responsible for providing any and all required travel documents required by the United States and/or the Cayman Islands. The winner is responsible for their own transport to and from Owen Roberts International Airport. 

Progressive Distributors cannot be held liable for extra costs associated with travel, lost luggage, or any other incidentals that arise over the course of the trip. 

Accommodation provided is one room for two guests. Upgrades, room changes, and any fees associated with upgrading are the sole responsibility of the winner.

The winner will be chosen at random.

Limit ten (10) entries per account, each photo shared is worth one (1) entry.

The winner will be drawn by July 5th, 2023. The winner will be contacted via Facebook or Instagram. If the winner cannot be reached within 5 days of drawing, the prize will go to the runner-up.

The prize must be collected within 14 business days of reaching the winner. The prize must be accepted as awarded and is not refundable or exchangeable.

The prize must be utilized by 31 July 2024. 

The prize may not be used during peak holiday periods (Easter, Thanksgiving and Christmas).

Legal residents of Grand Cayman over the age of 18 are eligible to enter. Current and ex-employees (within 60 days of end contract) of Progressive Distributors Ltd., and their immediate family, are not eligible to participate.

Winners’ photos may be used on social media.

Progressive Distributors Ltd. is not responsible for misdirected entries.
