Position: Process Analyst

Department: Information Technology

Reports to: M3 Business Analyst

As Process Analyst you will partner with the Customer Order Management, sales, procurement, operations, and accounting teams to design Supply Chain processes, capture requirements, and make configurations within Infor M3 ERP. Your primary goal is to support system adoption and as such the ideal candidate will have supply chain (supply, demand, inventory planning) business process design and implementation knowledge as it relates to commercial business processes. A tenacity for solving problems, and excellent communication and collaboration skills is a must.  This job revolves around critical 24/7 infrastructure in an industry that is going through significant digital transformation.

Salary range is CI$55,000.00-CI$60,000.00 (US$65,476.19-US$71,428.57) per annum commensurate with experience.  An attractive compensation and benefits package (including medical insurance, vacation and pension) is being offered to the qualified candidate.  All applications received will be reviewed and only qualified candidates will be contacted for an interview.  

 Core Technical Competencies Required

• Must have a minimum of 2 years work experience as a Business or Test Analyst
• Must be able to demonstrate exceptional ability to understand complex business requirements and translate into a set of workable, specific requirements.
• Must be able to demonstrate experience in leading continuous improvement activities
• Must have experience in engaging stakeholders, and business managers (who represent a variety of business units).
• Must have strong working experience with Microsoft Excel or other business IT tools.
• Must have basic letter-writing skills and email etiquette.

 Preference

• Prior experience using Infor M3.
• Project Management or other Business Analysis or Business Intelligence certification would be a plus.
