Chef Thomas Tennant has over 19 years of experience in the culinary industry, working everywhere from Miami, the Bahamas, and now here in Grand Cayman. In 2019 Thomas launched Tomfoodery Kitchen, a concept centered around creating local dishes and flavors with his knowledge of global techniques.
