Made with The Bridge BIO Avena cacao oat drink. This chocolate oat drink is 100% vegan, Kosher, non-GM, and dairy-free.

- 200g oatmeal
- 1LThe Bridge BIO Oat drink cacao
- 50g dark chocolate
- 5/6 strawberries
- handful of toasted hazelnuts
- maple syrup to taste (optional)
1. Pour the oatmeal into a pot with The Bridge BIO Oat Cocoa drink and a pinch of salt. Cook for 10/15 minutes, occasionally stirring, until the mixture is dense and creamy.
2. Add 40 grams of crushed chocolate and stir until melted. Sweeten to taste with a dash of maple syrup. Leave to cool down a little, pour into cups and finish off with the remaining crushed chocolate, chopped hazelnuts, and sliced strawberries.
